What we walked into.
APK mirror sites are cluttered, ad-choked and risky. Sapkf had to feel as safe as an official store while staying open, and show its safety with evidence instead of shouting about it.
How we handled it.
A Next.js product with a calm, editorial interface. Each listing shows its VirusTotal verdict, SHA-256 hash and review date, and green appears only where something is verified. Behind it sit a developer submission flow and a fast admin review queue.

Live on Vercel with editor's picks, categories, a submission flow and clearly marked, non-intrusive sponsor slots.
