01 · The short version
We Builder is a small studio. We collect only the information you give us through forms (name, email, project notes, optional uploads). We use it to reply to you and quote your project. We don't sell, rent, or trade any of it. Form submissions go through Formspree (our form processor); the site uses minimal cookies and basic analytics.
02 · What we collect
- Contact form & brief data — name, email, optional phone, project type, pages, design preferences, palette, features, timeline, budget, free-text notes, and any optional reference files (images / PDFs) you choose to upload.
- Email correspondence — if you email or WhatsApp us, we keep that thread for project records.
- Anonymous usage data — basic analytics (page views, screen size, country) collected via cookies. No personal identifiers tied to your visit.
03 · Why we collect it
Three reasons, only:
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and support your project once contracted.
- To improve the website (which sections people read, what loads slowly).
04 · Cookies
The site uses cookies for two narrow purposes:
- Functional — remembering you accepted this notice so we don't ask again.
- Analytics — counting visits, which pages perform, broad geography. No third-party advertising cookies.
You can clear cookies anytime in your browser. The site still works without them; you'll just see the consent banner again.
05 · Third parties we use
- Formspree — processes our contact and brief forms, including any uploaded references. Their privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts the website. Their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Loaded over Google's CDN with standard logging.
That's the full list. We don't use Facebook Pixel, ad networks, retargeting, or social-tracking scripts.
06 · How long we keep things
- Form submissions we don't act on — deleted after 90 days.
- Active project data — kept for the duration of work plus 12 months for support.
- Past-client records — kept up to 5 years for tax / legal record-keeping under Nepal law.
- Cookie data — cleared when you clear your browser, or after 12 months automatically.
07 · Your rights
You can ask us, anytime, to:
- show you what data we hold about you.
- correct anything wrong.
- delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it).
- export your data in a portable format.

08 · Security
The site runs over HTTPS. The brief uploader checks every file: type-allowlist, magic-byte verification (rejects renamed exploits), size limits, and explicit denylist for executable / scripted formats. We don't store passwords here — we don't have user accounts. If we ever suffer a data incident affecting you, we'll email within 72 hours of discovery.
09 · Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as the studio grows. The "Last updated" date at the top changes when something material changes. For substantive changes we'll email anyone with an active project.
