Small businesses want AI help with their books, but an AI that invents a number in a ledger is worse than no help at all. Most owners doing their own books have no accounting background.
How we handled it.
The model only transcribes. A separate deterministic engine computes every figure and refuses to post anything not found verbatim in the source document. Plain-language help, jurisdiction packs for Nepal, India, the UK and the US, and team roles from owner to viewer.
What shipped.
Live on Vercel. A guest can open real, working books with no signup, and every entry traces back to its source document.
