We Builder is a small studio in Kathmandu, Nepal. We build careful, considered websites for brands, portfolios, and one-off ideas other agencies won’t take on. No filler.

Fixed scope, fixed price
We don't bill by hours we can't justify. You know the price before we start.
Templates are last resort
Every site is designed for the brand in front of us. Stock layouts only when they actually serve the user.
Performance is a feature
Pages load fast. SEO works. Lighthouse 95+. We treat speed as design, not afterthought.
We stay after launch
First month of small fixes is on us. After that, you can edit your own content via CMS.
Honest about scope
If we can't do it, we say so. If something is bad for you, we say that too.

Day 0–2
A short, honest conversation. What you sell, who buys it, what the site needs to do. We listen first, quote second. No pitch decks.

Week 1–2
We sketch, pick fonts, kill ideas that don’t earn their place. You see work in progress, not a polished demo at the end.

Week 2 onwards
Built, tested on every screen we can find, deployed. We don’t disappear after launch. First month of small fixes is on us.
