01 / The challenge

What we walked into.

An NGO running an educational programme needed a clean public site plus a custom CMS where staff could update news, programmes, team, and notices — all without touching code.

02 / The approach

How we handled it.

Vanilla HTML/CSS for the public site (no framework, instant load). Custom Node-powered CMS for staff that writes JSON content into the static build, redeployed automatically on every save.

03 / The outcome

What shipped.

Public site loads in <500ms. Staff publish updates daily via the CMS without dev help. Operations and Manage panels fully wired into the live site.
